I greatly enjoyed the room with nice pressurised shower, the bed was nice. Location: the hotel was close enough to the tram station, the centre of the historical peninsular Sultanahmet-everything is in easy reach, and almost all attractions including grand bazaar spice bazaar blue mosque.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during my trip to Istanbul. The staff at Yazar were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they spoke English, which made communication easy. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the underground and tram stop, as well as restaurants and shops. It was only a 10-minute walk to Sultan Ahmed Mosque, which was a major highlight of my trip. The room was clean and nice, and I felt like I got great value for my money. Yazar Hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.
Would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet area and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money. The hotel is tucked away in a small alley on a hill, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, yet still close to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities, including a big bed and a nice pressurized shower, were a welcome sight after a long day of exploring the city. The room also had a view of the beautiful surroundings, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The breakfast, served with fabulous views, was a delicious mix of continental options and typical Turkish plates, providing a great start to the day.
Nothing to complain about, everything was ok.

Our group of friends had an amazing stay in a hotel located in a very convenient spot. We were able to explore the city with ease as it was close to the subway and walking distance from most tourist attractions. the hotel was situated in the city centre and was near to the Marmaray station. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and lovely decoration. the breakfasts were delicious, and we enjoyed having them on the rooftop terrace with beautiful views.
We did have some noise issues at night from inside the hotel, but once we reported this to the staff, they were very helpful and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sultanahmet area. The location was great, being on a hill meant that it was away from the crowded and noisy hub of the city, which was a plus for me. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist whenever I needed anything. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, with a big bed that was very comfortable. I also loved the view from the room, it was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast on the top floor with fabulous views of the city and the Bosphorus was a highlight of my stay. They served typical Turkish plates which were delicious, and it was a great way to start the day with a smile.
Everything was perfect.

Had an amazing Easter break at this hotel! Loved the tasty breakfast and the comfortable beds. The location was perfect - within walking distance to all the tourist attractions and easy access to public transportation. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more pleasant.
The air conditioning was not working well during our stay, which made our room a bit hot and uncomfortable at times. the bathroom could benefit from some updating as it felt a bit outdated.
